Artist Lynnette Astaire has been asked to do a live adaptation of one of her photography pieces, "Polaroid Funeral" in this year's Art Parade, sponsored by Deitch Gallery and Paper Magazine. The theme is funeral, similar to a New Orleans funeral march, but in a glamorous/stylized way.

CASTING:20 men and women; performing artists, dancers or models.

Event is Saturday, Sept. 6th 12:30-6:30 pm

Hell's Kitchen Flea Market

One of my purchases...took a lot of scrubbing, but I am in LOVE with it

Went to the neighborhood flea market last weekend to look for some pieces to jazz up the new apt...pictured above is the new dresser, also purchased a great storage chest and an amazing painting (done by *Lisa?) of tennis' "The Legend" Bjorn Borg (who has his own line of underwear now), fotos didn't turn out so well of the aforementioned.
